Name Help!
Call me crazy, but my husband and I are at a loss for what to name our precious little boy who is due to arrive the first of February. I have named every name I can think of and all he has to say is, "no." Seriously? He has NOT been any help and has only suggested one name which is a current student's name... you teachers know how that is! So.... any suggestions on what to name our sweet boy? Our 2 year old's name is Hunter. We like unique names, but not too unique. Here are the names I have liked that he has said no to: Knox, Cowen, Asher, Jackson, Carter. Those are the types of names I like. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

First - congratulations! We had the same problem when it came to naming our boy. Our son's name is Donavon (we chose the Celtic spelling). We also liked Mason, Rylan, Jayden and Kaden. Can't wait to hear what you choose!

Congratulations! I went traditional with all of my boy names (Robert, Thomas, and Joshua)but here are some more unique names I've heard and liked: Kelton, Tucker, Flynn, Flint, Griffin, Garrisson, Strider, Hayden, Hudson, Logan, Camden and Wilder.
We had the hardest time naming my middle son, he came 2 weeks early and we still didn't have a name picked out. He turned out to be a little red head, while we're all brunettes. After we saw him, my husband went home and thought about a name over night. He came back the next day with "Thomas Patrick Ryan" picked out and it suits our red head to a tee!
So, if you can't settle on a name, don't freak out. Sometimes you have to see them to know what they should be called :)

I wrote you a long message, but it didn't show up. Anywhoo.......I let my hubby (with approval from my Mom and sister) pick our sons first name........it is Nickolas! I wanted the k in there b/c he would, of course, use Nick, as his nickname; I wanted him to spell it correctly and another reason I used k (instead of h) is b/c my name starts with a k. Best wishes and although my son is twelve now I did not let some of the names they came up with even hit the ground running; I was like NO WAY! LOL
Cannot wait to hear what you decide to use!
Congratulations! I just heard the name Brayden and LOVED it and thought I would share it with you. :)
We named our son Madden. Between a police officer and a teacher, it was quite a challenge!
Same problem here... We settled on Grant - I love that it is 'traditional' but not common... I also liked Hudson, Mason, Bear... Yeah - some are out there... My parents' in law called him Granite forever because they couldn't remember his name! Poor thing - he actually answers to Bubby (I couldn't handle Bubba) :) Good luck!
How exciting!! :)
I love...
Hudson
Jaden
Weston
Easton
Westley
Good luck!! :)
Congrats! That is so exciting! Here are some unique names I have heard recently since a LOT of my friends are having babies (and some are student names that I will never use for the same reason you don't want to...it's weird):
Greyson
Mason
Bryce
Chase
Christian
Sebastian
Jack (I love this because not a lot of people use it anymore and it is so cute!)
Good luck!
