Five for Friday

Okay, so this will be short and sweet!

#1: Ya'll.. I love to shop!  I just do.  I can shop for just about anything and for any amount of time.  If the hubs wants to go to Lowe's and buy some new tools, guess what?  I want to go to!  This week, I treated my self for doing so well with WW and my running.  I bought some of the cutest things from Target.  I swear.... I love that store.

Don't you just love anchor charts?

I do, and so do my students!  I use anchor charts so the students will have a visual to reference to.  I make them for just about anything, but I use them a lot in math.  With our new Common Core Standards, anchor charts have come in handy.  There's so much information for students recall that it's nearly impossible.  However, the anchor charts have been a huge help this year.  I keep them up for at least a month so

Yay, Yay! Look What I Did!

{MCC4.OA.4} Math Centers

Hey, Ya'll!  If you have been following me for a while, then you know just how much I love incorporating math centers into my math classroom.  In fact, I use math centers three days a week in addition to my calendar board and small group.  I have posted many things about how I use guided math in my classroom.  All of those posts can be found under the guided math tab at the top of my blog.

Currently... Better late than never i guess

Well, to say I haven't posted in a while is an extreme exaggeration!  I have been super busy with all my wifey, mommy, and teachy duties  that I rarely have time to do anything for myself.  I DID want to post my currently, so I am doing it now.  Maybe next time I will not wait until the 6th day of the month to do so... who knows!
